ReadON Certified Provider Application

We are your trusted partners in Brain Healthcare. We appreciate your decision to transform your clients' lives by providing revolutionary Digital Cognitive Assessment and Therapy, ReadON.ai. ReadON.ai will expedite your assessment efficiencies and therapeutic goals when supplemented with other therapies when developing your services protocol. This application is the first step to becoming an Orange Neurosciences Certified Provider.

To qualify as a provider, you have to be a member of the following professional group (a) psychiatrist, neurologist, other healthcare professional providing services to aging and neurodiverse individuals in hospital, rehabilitation centre or a private practice, psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapist, vision therapist, Speech Language Pathologists, Remedial Therapist, Special Educator and b) trainee professionals working under the supervision of such professionals. Organizations like public and private schools for children or adults, after-school programs, tutoring centres, and governmental and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) employ such registered professionals.

STEPS FOR BECOMING ReadON PROVIDER

1) Complete the following application. It will take less than 10 minutes. 
2) If your application is approved, you will receive an email to schedule an interview with our ReadON Program Manager.
3) A decision is provided within 24 hours of your interview. 
4) A ReadON Team Member will contact you to complete and sign the Provider Agreement and pay the onboarding fees.
5) The next step will be online/offline training and certification.
